Help your community thrive
A program designed for community groups to help manage COVID-19 and focus on daily life.
Operation Expanded Testing helps detect COVID-19 early and mitigate outbreaks.
Regular, simple, affordable COVID-19 testing for community leaders. We do the heavy lifting and work with you to customize test types and frequency that align with your community’s needs along with the ebbs and flows of the virus.
Eligible organizations can run COVID-19 testing at no cost through this program, which is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). As an authorized vendor, we work alongside our lab partner Eurofins to make testing accessible to millions of Americans.
Close quarters are inevitable. Outbreaks don’t have to be.
Communities come in different shapes and sizes — that’s no different for correctional facilities. With regular testing, help make informed decisions for your whole community, from those incarcerated to visitors and vendors.
Give students every chance to thrive.
For everyone invested in a child’s education, when school happens, life happens. Concentric’s testing program can help families reach a new normal — whatever that looks like.
Senior Living Centers
Welcome family visits with peace of mind.
For vulnerable residents of long-term care facilitates and the staff who care for them, regular testing can provide essential information about the prevalence of COVID-19 in the community. Prompt, dependable results are crucial for minimizing spread among residents and staff.
Early Education Centers
Provide information and reliable care for kids and their families.
Regular testing in early education centers can help adults make decisions for little ones, so that families who depend on the care can focus on day-to-day living. With test results at-the-ready, leaders can make strategic decisions about COVID-19 management and mitigation for children at the center.
Other Congregate Settings
Help minimize risks when sharing community spaces.
Operation Expanded Testing also supports testing for qualifying congregate settings in communities that have been disproportionately affected by the pandemic, such as homeless shelters, domestic violence and abuse shelters, and other qualifying sites.
The program is also available to historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) and non-profit community groups.
Early detection made easy.
We’ll tailor your program and send everything you need — swabs, tubes, instructions, and packaging materials — ahead of time. Organization leaders can view results on our dashboard and can make strategic decisions backed by data. Ready to learn more?
